Good to know

When will my scarf be shipped?

Usually four to six weeks after your order. As soon as your scarf is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Is the scarf any different from one in stock?

No. It is made in the same quality and with the same motif as the original edition.

Can I withdraw from my order?

Yes. The usual 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt of the goods.

What happens if I also order scarves that are in stock?

If we deliver to your country free of charge, we ship the scarves in stock straight away and send the made-to-order scarves four to six weeks later, at no extra cost. For countries with shipping costs, you choose in your basket between one complete delivery and a partial delivery.

When is payment taken?

As with every order, when you complete your purchase.
